Room Tour @RuffledBlog

Today we are giving you a peek inside this gorgeous nursery from A Ruffled Blog. There are so many special little touches in this space! Read on for more from A Ruffled Blog:

We wanted to keep the gender a surprise, so designing a gender neutral nursery was in order. We wanted a bright and colorful room to evoke that excitement and joy that a baby would bring. We kept the furniture neutral so we could have more freedom by bringing the color with the accessories. We tried to create a space that was as practical as it was inviting, but at the same time welcoming for a little one. We mounted the cabinets on the wall and added legs for extra support, added a radiator cover with a bench for cozy reading, placed the crib away from the windows and the radiator and kept soft baskets on the floor for our baby to play. We also added foam tiles under the rug, which had double duty as it cushioned the hardwood floor and brightened the entire space by making the rug pop!
