neve / hawk REBIRTH

In 2011, Kris Galmarini was going through old photographs in her art studio. She happened upon a picture of her mother, at age three. She was playing on a swing, her eyes were bright and her smile radiated pure joy. Holding the photo of her mother in her hands, Kris instantly knew what she was meant to do. She needed to honor what made her radiate joy. She decided to quit her job and take a risk to live a life of purpose and passion, following her dream to create children’s apparel.

Just a short time after becoming a mother for the second time, Kris partnered with her husband, Bob, and neve / hawk was born. Together they collaborate bringing the vision of deliciously comfortable and fashionable clothes for ages 2-12 to life. Bob layers his talents as a graphic designer on top of Kris’ apparel designs. neve / hawk is truly a labor of love you that can see in each delightfully unique piece they create.

The Galmarini’s express their gratitude for creativity by personally hand screening original artwork onto many garments they manufacture. They also give back by donating a portion of their profits to help keep the arts in public schools.

neve / hawk’s newest line, REBIRTH, is an expression of the pure joy Kris feels when she brings her designs to life. REBIRTH is a limited edition collection personally created by Kris as the ultimate expression of neve / hawk’s “Fight for Creativity.” You can experience her handiwork on each unique piece through exquisitely hand dyed fabrics, bespoke screen prints and lovingly repurposed garments.
